We are looking for a Project Manager for a role that we have available with one of the UK's largest house builders.
Will be working on a large housing project consisting of 2,4 & 5 room houses and apartment blocks in the Longcross area.
They are looking for a candidate with exceptional housing experience on various project types such as house building and apartment complexes. Must also have good main contractor experience with a large house builder and have degree or relevant qualification as well as good track record managing large residential to a high spec.
Candidate must have excellent management skills and will have to build relationships with sub contractors and suppliers as well as having good client facing skills. Must have a proven track record of project delivery and strong commercial knowledge.
Salary is negotiable and package will include pension, car/car allowance etc.
