Project Manager (Structure)

Are you a well versed Project Manager within the construction industry with extensive experience on Infrastructure and Civils projects?
Join a leading infrastructure developer on a HS2 project. You will be brought on to support the coordination and management of specific packages of the substructure and structure works including the planning, design validation and procurement.
Job Details:
- Maintain an uncompromising commitment to safety
- Achieve exemplary quality and sustainability standards
- Ensure the correct resourcing and incentivisation
- Be responsible for providing information to the Substructure and Structures SPMs, outlining the progress of the Substructure works, actual cost, forecast
- Highlight any problems and issues for resolution
- Attend delivery meetings with HS2 Substructure Lead
- Support the co-ordination between the construction, design, procurement and commercial departments
- Create a high performing structure team
- Promote and deliver a collaborative environment throughout all members of the team including stakeholders and the supply chain
- Promote and deliver works in accordance with HS2 standards and without defects
Requirements:
- NEC contract experience
- Excellent organisation and people management/ team building skills
- Be flexible in your approach and be able to manage multiple competing demands
- Be commercially astute with experience of project controls and delivery to budget
- Experience on similar projects (complex RC structures and infrastructure)
- Knowledge of BIM and AutoCad
- CSCS & SMSTS
