Job Description
Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Regularly in theTop 100 companies to work for, our client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to be site based.
The ideal Project Manager must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a broad range of sectors but specifically within the Healthcare sector. You must be an all rounder with hands on experience of groundworks, through to installation to fit-out, able to demonstrate working knowledge within occupied buildings. You must had an advanced knowledgeable of CDM 2015 working on small scale projects ranging from £80,000-£0.5 million. You must be delivery focused and be able to manage and execute the project within tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate must be an hour’s radius from site and must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid certifications.
