Our client is a leading tier 1 main contractor which operates in the commercial, residential, mixed use, retail and hospitality sectors. Privately owned, they employ over 500 people with an annual turnover in excess of £600m.
They require a Project Manager to be no. one on the project and support the site team on a £50m residential scheme in East London. We’re keen to hear from candidates with 6-10 years’ experience in a main contractor environment who have managed a similar scheme in size and value.
