Project:
A new project has just been secured & will consist of new build & refurbishment of a £10 Million commercial scheme that will also include retail elements as well.
Responsibilities:
To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.
