MEP Quantity Surveyor

Our client is one of Irelands leading main contractors and specialise in sectors such as Commercial, Residential and Industrial. Due to their continued success, they are now actively seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin based team working on large scale projects across the City.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on large scale projects within a well-recognised contractor and have previous experience within the M&E sector.
Some responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of Estimates and Cost Planning.
- Compilation of tender packs and reviews of terms ensuring compliance.
- Subcontract package works including preparation of subcontract agreements.
