Project Coordinator

Our Donegal based client has undergone steady growth in recent years given that they provide to an impressive customer base across Donegal, Ulster, Ireland and into the UK.
From their premises in North Donegal, they provide commercial and residential window and door solutions to clients far and wide.
Having doubled their workforce in the last few years, they continue to grow and as a result of that growth we have been tasked with assisting them recruit more team members.
Core Duties:
Ensuring supervision of projects to successful completion and handover;
Preparation of site files for all projects;
Reporting progress to Managing Director and clients;
Maintain site folder including on-site quality plan, Health & Safety documentation;
Daily liaising with site Foremen, site teams, on-site co-ordination and site progress;
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that work is progressing per the specifications and initiate corrective actions;
Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budget;
Procurement of all site resources and materials;
Communicate effectively with the Main Contractor in writing and in meetings, to manage the relationship between the client and the customer;
Ensure that production off site is on time and in line with project start date;
Communicate with Design, Estimating and Commercial teams to ensure project viability and potential variations to project are managed smoothly.
Requirements:
Ideally you will 5 years+ experience in a similar role and a third level qualification in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying OR related field OR substantial equivalent practical experience.
You will be a problem solver who is highly motivated with strong communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You will be based in Donegal but must be able and willing to travel when required nationwide and therefore must have a full clean driver’s licence.
