Vacancy: Procurement Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70K – €80K DOE + package
3D Personnel’s client is currently seeking a Procurement Surveyor to join the team in Dublin.
This role will suit a procurement candidate with a background in Construction Management, or someone who has previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end to end procurement process for all clients' requirements within the FM category
- Defining specifications and scopes of work with stakeholders
- Undertaking all sourcing and tendering activities for projects
- Negotiating robust contractual terms to deliver savings, compliance and added value
- Supplier performance management to ensure project is delivered on time, in budget and to specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Procurement experience including sourcing, RFQs and tendering
- Evidence of strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience and knowledge of related industry including Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven stakeholder management skills and excellent communication / interpersonal skills
