Our client is one of the leading residential contractors operating in the London and Home Counties area currently.
They are currently looking for a Planner for major projects that they have in the West London area.
Duties:
- Production of outline programme for the site
- Assess site logistics
- Provide preliminaries information for programme production
- Produce detailed enabling works programmes
- Produce detailed pre-contract programmes
- Produce sub-contract procurement programmes
- Produce, monitor and update information required in conjunction with technical staff
- Monitor and report on project programme on a regular basis after sign off from board
- Reporting to Senior Delivery Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction related discipline
- ASTA Power Project experience
- CAD experience a bonus
- Experience working with a main contractor on large residential projects
Package:
- £55-65k salary (negotiable if more experienced)
