Part Qualified Accountant

3D Personnel are actively working alongside one of Irelands leading main contractors. Due to their continued growth and success, they are now in the market for an experienced Part Qualified Accountant to join their Dublin based team working on large-scale multi-million-euro projects across Dublin City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month-end processes including posting of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments etc.
- Balance sheet reconciliations to include payroll accounts reconciliation
- Develop an in depth understanding of, and expertise in the company’s ERP system
- Support the finance team’s digital progression and assist with wider cross departmental collaborative digital projects and system changes
- Conduct data analysis and produce insightful and value add reports for the business
- Support the budgeting process
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts, including contract margins and cash-flow analysis
- Support the inputting of payments and receivables
- Bank reconciliations
- Support payroll production and the generation of management staff charges
- Assist processing of VAT, RCT and other regulatory returns
- Assist with the annual audit
- Manage cost queries
- Provision of ad-hoc support to the finance team and finance-related issues across the business.
Requirements Include:
- Part Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Minimum 2 years in practice.
- Proficiency with Sage, CCH Accounts and MS Office is a distinct advantage.
- Previous Construction related experience is ideal however not essential.
