Job Title: Operations Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary: To £45,000 plus benefits
Our client is a global construction & facilities management company delivering services to the public & private sector. Due to continuing work in the region, a candidate with the following experience is required:
Electrical or Mechanical engineering sector background
Experience with PFI/PPP projects in the public sector
Demonstrable experience with both hard & soft services
You will be the point of contact for reactive response to services issues on site as well as the delivery of reactive and capital services.
Day to day responsibility for up to 10 Facilities staff
Client liaising and reporting
