Location: Hybrid – office in Letterkenny

On behalf of my client, I am actively recruiting for an Office Manager for a cost consultancy service working on various construction projects across the UK & Ireland. My client is a looking for a confident and well organised person l to join their growing team of professionals.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures. They prepare payroll, control correspondence, design filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions, and monitor clerical functions.
- Delivering effective and efficient office administration and management across all areas of the Practice, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing marketing activities to include pursuing new business opportunities and bid management for the practice as a whole, managing existing relationships and targeting new markets with potential for growth.
- Supporting and managing aspects of the IT and quality (ISO) functions.
- This role is best suited to someone very organised and driven.
- Provides historical references for defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Experience required
- Previous office management experience in the construction sector or a related industry essential.
- Business development and bid management experience desirable.
- A background in professional services would be an advantage but not essential.
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, in particular Excel.
