Office Manager

£17.50 p/h (PAYE)

6 month contract

Carlisle

7:30 am – 5pm

Are you looking for your next step to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on an exciting Civil Engineering project in Cumbria?

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a major substation project in Carlisle. This project involves replacing existing infrastructure and increasing the capacity of the substation to meet future demands.

Duties:

General admin

Office support

Uploading documents onto EDMS

Overseeing office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning

Managing office budgets, supplies, and resources efficiently

Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining excellent communication channels

Requirements:

Previous Administrator (ideally in a construction or engineering environment)

Strong es experience as Site Admin or Office Managerxperience with Microsoft processes

Strong document control experience

Ability to work in a fast pace environments

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in office software and project management tools
