Office Administrator position overview

3D Personnel are seeking an Office Administrator to join a dynamic team at a busy Maintenance Contractor office. You will be working in their open-plan office providing essential admin support for their daily operations.

Key tasks & responsibilities of the Office Administrator position

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Making external calls to clients and companies
  • Perform data entry using Excel and Word
  • Reading, raising, and entering quotes
  • Utilising their business bespoke system (training provided)
  • Providing general office and administrative support

Key experience & skills required for the Office Administrator role

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Previous office admin experience is beneficial but not required

Additional information

  • Mon – Fri 9am - 4:30pm
  • Client flexible on a 4 day working week
  • Onsite parking
