3D Personnel are recruiting for a leading Civil Contractor in Ireland and our client are on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join their team.
Day to day duties are as follows
- General office admin duties
- Absence management – Process return to works
- Arrange Investigations/Disciplinaries and support by taking notes
- Advertise and monitor vacancies/Arrange interviews and compile associated paperwork/ Process new starters and Leaver/ Carry out inductions
- Payroll – Process timesheets and submit
- Process Holiday sheets
- Answering and diverting the Main Switchboard
- Receiving, acknowledge, distributing and posting of mail
- Booking Meeting rooms
- Booking Station cars
- Issuing Visitor PPE
- General filing
