Vacancy: Office Administrator

Location: Limerick

Salary: Up to €32,500

3D Personnel are recruiting for a leading Civil Contractor in Ireland and our client are on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Day to day duties are as follows 

  • General office admin duties
  • Absence management – Process return to works
  • Arrange Investigations/Disciplinaries and support by taking notes
  • Advertise and monitor vacancies/Arrange interviews and compile associated paperwork/ Process new starters and Leaver/ Carry out inductions
  • Payroll – Process timesheets and submit
  • Process Holiday sheets
  • Answering and diverting the Main Switchboard
  • Receiving, acknowledge, distributing and posting of mail
  • Booking Meeting rooms
  • Booking Station cars
  • Issuing Visitor PPE
  • General filing
