They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team working out of their Head Offices in Watford on a permanent basis.
Roles:
- Set up files
- Scanning and allocating paperwork
- Filing, archiving, retrieving files
- Data entry onto in-house system, updating databases
- Administration duties as required
- Taking meeting minutes
- Scanning
- Archiving
- Updating and distributing telephone lists
- Keeping I.T records up to date
- Moving on to ordering site supplies and stationery
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and Word etc
