An opportunity has arisen within our own company (3D Personnel Ltd.) for a Management Accountant, based in our busy Woolston office within Southampton.

Reporting to and working with the Finance Director, the successful candidate will directly contribute to the overall finance team support to the business, also working alongside the temp payroll and credit control functions.

Job Profile:
This is a wide-ranging role that requires a hands-on approach in supporting the business.
The main duties are listed however this role is dynamic and will bring involvement in all areas of the business on a daily basis:
-Weekly Consultant Margin Reporting;
-Weekly KPI Reporting;
-Assisting the Finance Director in the preparation of the Management Accounts;
-Preparation, Monitoring and Processing of Company Credit Card returns;
-Processing of Monthly Staff Expenses;
-Processing of payments and bank reconciliations;
-Purchase Ledger;
-Assisting with company compliance and Accreditation status;
-Fleet Management;
-Assisting the Finance Director with the annual audit process;
-Plenty of ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the business.

Experience & Desirables
You will ideally be AAT qualified or hold a Finance Degree and a min. of 2 years+ accounting experience;
Preference will be shown to those with above who also have:
A working knowledge of Sage Accounts 50
Experience within a finance function in the recruitment sector.
A sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products is essential.
