Vacancy: Jnr/ Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin

3D Personnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit a Junior or Graduate level QS to be based in the Dublin area long term.
The successful candidate will be career driven and ambitious to succeed. This is a great opportunity to make a mark in a well established company and develop a career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with or prepare monthly applications
- Working closely with Finance & Commercial in maximising profit on the contracts
- Reviewing weekly productivity of teams.
- Undertaking interim and final valuations for works complete
- To manage work in progress and ensuring debtors are kept to a minimum
- Preparation of all subcontracts.
- Monitoring of weekly costs and productivity, and reporting on same
- Highlighting areas of concern/loss on any part of the contract
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Be commercially aware with good client facing skills
