Salary – DOE Circa £20-25k plus potential bonus
This employer is a leading manufacturer and business group headquartered in County Fermanagh.

Role Details:
The primary purpose of this role is to effectively manage the Freshservice ITSM application, as well as organise the procurement/tracking of IT assets across the company. You will play an important role in ensuring that all IT items are correctly spec’d and utilised, alongside ensuring that ITSM best practices are being followed.

To manage the day to day management of the Freshservice application, including;
-Asset Management
-Contract/Licence Management
-Service Catalogue
-Reporting /Administrative Tasks
-To track/analyse and report on service desk performance through KPI/SLA monitoring,
-To liaise with suppliers/purchasing team to procure a range of IT equipment, based on specified requirements, including but not limited to;
-PCs/Laptops/Mobile Devices
-IT Peripherals
-To oversee the set-up of IT equipment.
-To complete regular reviews of the Freshservice platform to ensure best practices are being followed and identify opportunities for improvements to be made.
-To liaise with both IT and overall Company management to ensure that all data is accurate and available.
-Work with the Business Change Team to record/maintain all licences and contracts acquired from change initiatives.
-To identify/implement workflows to allow for automation of tasks.
-To build customised reports based on Freshservice data.
-To orchestrate the allocation of assets to employees across the company, including the reallocation of costs between areas, alongside the identification of opportunities for device upgrade/recycling, as well as retirement.
-To actively monitor company IT assets to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
-To partake in planning/budgeting activities regarding future procurement of devices

Applicants must hold a 3rd level qualification in Computing and/or a high level of experience in the field of IT.

Additional Information:
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm & Friday 8.30am-4.30pm)
