Our client is a specialist building contractor based in Cavan who provide services to local authorities, main contractors and private customers. They are currently seeking Cavity Wall Installers to work on a projects across the country.
Job and person specification:
- Using a hand-held drill, bore a set pattern of holes in the wall, drilling from the outside in old buildings and from the inside in new buildings
- Operating a machine to pump or blow the insulating material into the cavity between the walls
- Checking that you have filled the whole cavity
- Re-pointing the drill holes to match the existing external mortar and cleaning up
- Working on a large social housing project
- Refurbishment work
