This business is a well-known multi-site Retailer with numerous outlets in the Galway area and are seeking to recruit an Area Manager to lead their expanding team. This is a wonderful job opportunity for an experienced, innovative and ambitious Area Manager.
Job profile:
As a senior manager you will manage the high volume and profitable Galway region in achieving excellence in service, standards and KPI's.
This role of Retail Area Manager requires you to lead, motivate and inspire your team of store managers and staff to achieve set KPI's, provide outstanding customer service.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be well experienced (3 years +) in a similar role and be a proactive leader and motivator with strong business acumen.
You will have strong analytical skills and a head for numbers.
An ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record in developing and achieving a retail strategy.
