This business is a very successful leading IT Solutions provider based in Co. Tyrone who offer IT services to an ever-widening client base across NI.
Due to continued success and growth, they continue to secure on going contracts with many well-known multi-national market leaders across various business sectors and they are now ready to add to the team.
Main Purpose of role:
To help determine customer needs; to install, maintain, operate, and configure computer hardware and software both internally and on customer sites; and to provide a variety of technical duties as required.
Employees within this area are expected to work independently and use their own initiative. They perform the full range of duties required in providing solutions to our customer base. This includes evaluating customer needs, installing new computers and software, and troubleshooting computer problems. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the company. They are expected to keep abreast of developments within the IT industry and are involved in the evaluation of relevant new technologies as they become available.

What we are looking for:
You should have 3yrs+ Experience within the information and computer industry and experience /knowledge of the following.
Installing, configuring & supporting -
Remote Desktop Solutions, Windows 2012r2, 2016, 2019 Server, Windows 7, Windows 8, windows 10, Exchange Server – 2013, 2016, 2019, HYPERV, VMWARE, MS 365.
You should have experience of computer security systems and knowledge of the products currently available along with a knowledge and experience of designing complex technical solutions.
You will have a sound knowledge of networking principles e.g. VLAN setup, Switch configuration and experience of installing, configuring & supporting security devices e.g. Sonicwall, Cisco, Draytek, Fortigate, Meraki.
It is essential that you have a Full Driving Licence, access to a vehicle and insurance that covers business travel.
