Vacancy: HR & Training Administrator
Location: Dublin

Fantastic opportunity has become available for a positive and hardworking HR & TrainingAdministrator to join one of 3D Personnel’s clients, a leading building & civil engineering company based in Dublin.
Main duties include:
- Oversee the on-boarding process for new workers, ensuring that the relevant documentation is sent and received
- Ensure that all documents are saved on the HR systems
- Maintain employee databases
- Organise and circulate arrangements for external training courses
- Support during internal and external ethical audits
- Compile and report on weekly and monthly KPIs including absence, turnover, retention and headcount
- Collect and shortlist STAR award nominations
- Communicate work experience plans
- Log appraisal documents and compile training needs analysis reports
- Create posters/communication for team notice boards as necessary
Key skills:
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Use of Excel and Microsoft packages
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Team Player
- Good IT skills
- Previous HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
