3D Personnel Ltd. launched a Multi-Sector division in early 2020 to offer a full end to end Recruitment service throughout the U.K. and Ireland. Traditionally known for supplying Professional and Technical, Trades and Labour and Operatives to the Construction sector. We now work across all sectors to cater for our clients ever-changing Recruitment needs.
Our current client is a long standing and well known hotel within minutes of Derry City Centre and are now in a position to hire an experienced and capable Hotel Operations Manager to work alongside the GM to cement the hotels place as a great part of the Derry Hospitality market.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Your role will be to lead, direct and control the operations of the hotel so as to achieve corporate objectives and financial targets;
Deliver financial targets in line with budget and hotel business plan;
Assist with forecasting procedures and budget planning;
Overall management of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager;
Ensure a safe, risk free environment for guests and staff through compliance with all statutory and legislative responsibilities;
Improve customer satisfaction levels by training, monitoring feedback and ensuring customer service standards maintained;
Ensure the fabric of the hotel and property is continually enhanced, within the company financial and quality standards;
Implement corporate/ brand strategies and policies throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance and consistency;
Implement costed rotas for each department based on forecasted revenue, drive this through managing and supporting the heads of department to achieve these targets;
Implement recruitment practices and procedures designed to attract the best candidate for vacancies;
Maintain and enhance employee satisfaction recognising individual/ team effort through effective training, reward and motivation processes;
Control the Operations of the Hotel, leading from the front, developing and supporting all colleagues.

Experience/Qualifications Required:
You should be a competent and confident Manager with significant relevant experience gained in a 3 /4 star hotel environment at a similar level.
Experience in managing profit margins and food & beverage management is essential.
