Handyperson required in Southend for a long-term construction project.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
Carrying out all aspects of basic trade work on site such as:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Minor plumber tasks
- Minor repairs
- General snagging
- Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
- Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CSCS Card
- Must be hard working and driven
- Must have valid ID/Passport
- Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
- 1 year experience cleaning (preferred)
- Hand tools and power tools
- To achieve the higher rate you must be able to demonstrate a good work experience in the construction industry
