Job Profile:
The overall management of a high turnover retail establishment (Grocery) with full P&L responsibility and overall day to day operations management of the business.
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements/Key Skills Required:
The successful candidate will be expected to possess the following;
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-turnover environment
Experience with consistently motivating and managing team to achieve targets
Good with numbers, experience in cash control and management.
Full experience in stock control, waste, profit margins, employee development, recruitment and customer care.
A proven leader with first class organisational skills
A hands-on manager with a customer centric management style
First class knowledge of retail (grocery) industry trends
Strong merchandising management skills
Strong knowledge of EPOS Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Irish would be a distinct advantage
I.T. Literate and a lateral thinking able to rectify problems quickly and efficiently
Experience with disciplinary and performance management best practice
Experience in Managing commercial performance, driving sales, cost management and waste control.
