We are currently recruiting for/on behalf of a high end well established and popular Eatery based in Donegal in close proximity to Derry.
Job Profile/Key Duties/Responsibilities: (include but not limited to
Hiring, training and managing all staff.
Providing exceptional level of customer care
Managing day to day operations of business.
Reporting into senior management/owners.
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic Restaurant /Duty Manager with a strong track record in the hospitality sector and the following qualities:
A passion for developing employees;
Strong customer focus;
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle conflicting demands;
Strong leadership skills;
Excellent Communication skills and strong problem-solving ability;
Strong analytical skills.
