Job Description: Foreman (Fit Out)
Location: Dublin (D4)
Salary: Negotiable
On behalf of my client, I am actively recruiting for a Fit out FOREMAN to work on an ongoing project in Dublin D4. My Client is a multidisciplinary construction company working as Main Contractor, on a large hotel and residential project .
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe workplace, safe systems of work, competent personnel and safe working practices and culture
- Supervise activity/work package delivery
- Record daily activity logs for all site activity
- Liaise with the various trade professionals to organize new work areas and ensure smooth co-ordination
- Liaise with sub-contractors on materials orders
Requirements
- Previous record of delivering £50-100M office development projects
- Commercial Awareness
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience ideally in both fit out and build knowledge
- Main contractor background
