We are seeking a Finishing Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor. You will be looking after the final stage of two low rise apartment buildings that are 5-6 stories.
As a finishing manager, your focus will be taking units from second fix to handover - Producing high quality, snag free plots with 0 defects.
Duties will include:
- Taking apartments from second fix to handover
- Snagging, desnagging and handing over plots to the customer experience team
- Reporting into the site & senior site manager
- Ensuring H&S and the programme is being followed
- Quality assurance when overseing snagging duties and lists are being completed by all sub-contractors on site
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Black or Gold)
- Experience taking units from second fix to handover
- Have a driven, can do attitude
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be a strong communicator and be able to build team rapport
