We are looking for a Finishing Manager for a large hotel project in the Langley area of Berkshire.
Client is a Tier 1 contractor who are working on a large 5 star hotel project in the area.
They are looking for a Finishing Manager with excellent experience working on high end residential or hotel build projects in the London area.
Candidate will be responsible for snagging lists, supervising works gangs and signing off on finishing sections of the project. Must have good Ipad experience as they will be working off construction apps on it to ensure work is completed and properly finished.
Day rate is negotiable on this depending on experience and it would represent an opportunity for further career development and possible permanent employment.
