Duration: To be confirmed
Rate: £230 - £240
As finishing site manager you will be over seeing the final stages of the site including second fix and snagging managing the decorators and carpenters. The new residential project of 200 unit munity site plot with a medium sized house builders in the UK.
Qualifications the site manager will need:
- CSCS Black
- SMSTS
- First Aid (but not essential)
Idea candidate would have:
- Worked on similar sized projects
- Good communication skills ability to meet deadlines
