They are looking for a Finishing Foreman with good residential experience to join their team on a contract basis for a role that they have in the Egham area.
Roles:
- Overseeing the internal packages
- Snagging & De-snagging
- Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
- Managing finishing trades on site
- Health & Safety
- Managing the programme
- Following Quality Control
- NHBC liaison
Requirements:
- SSSTS
- CSCS
- Strong high end residential or hotel build experience
- Main contractor experience
- Carpentry and Joinery background
