Evening Shift Team Leader (CNC background)

This employer is a long-established global leader in their sector and supply to the crushing screening, and recycling industries (to name a few).
Due to continued success and growth they are now hiring across a range of departments and we are excited to be assisting them in their search for new team members.
Role Details:
To programme, set and operate the CNC Lathe/Turning Centre to complete milling, turning and drilling operations. To monitor evening shift production activities as informed by supervisors and provide instructions to evening shift employees for efficient production flow to meet customer requirements. (full job spec available to suitable shortlisted applicants)
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
Previous 3 years CNC Lathe experience with experience of undertaking quality checks
You will have obtained a good standard of education to GCSE level or equivalent and have a strong work ethic.
Preference will be given to those who meet above criteria and also have previous supervisory experience from within a high-volume manufacturing environment and hold a valid Forklift Truck licence.
Additional Information:
Work hours are Monday to Thursday 3pm - 11:40pm & Friday 12noon - 6pm.
