Vacancy: Estimator
Location: Winchester
3D Personnel are currently have the opportunity for an Estimator to join a large developer located close to Winchester.
Your new employer:
Our client is a nationally recognised house builder who pride themselves on their high quality homes. Our clients’ regional office, located near Guildford has secured a 200 unit site which is due to start within the next few months.
This client specialises in anything from one- and two-bedroom homes to six bedroom detached houses, these schemes are usually between 100 – 400 unit sites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Estimator will have a range of roles & responsibilities including;
- Reviewing all tender documents and submission requirements, ensuring all commercial deliverables are identified
- Attending Mid tender and Post tender interviews
- Manage all commercial elements of the tender process & arrange key meetings with Estimators, Planners and Directors
- Provide support and assistance to the project teams
- Support the development of junior members of the team
- Assist in the development and implementation of department processes
