We are looking for a suitably qualified plumber/electrician to take over the M & E on our sites. We run 6 to 7 projects at a time with M & E required on all to varying degrees. Our projects include extensions, loft conversions, new builds and complete bathroom fit outs. The successful applicant would be able complete the plumbing & electrical installation requirements for the various projects as detailed above.
This would involve ordering/collecting materials to complete 1st & 2nd fix elements of the project, Boiler installations so Gas Safe registered would be required. We install underfloor heating as well, so experience in this area would be beneficial but not necessary. Experience in other trades would be advantageous such as tiling and carpentry. This position would be a full time role. We can arrange for any shortfalls in training to be completed for the right applicant. This position is a one person role Ideally the right applicant would be NICEIC and Gas Safe registered and be able to issue certificates signing off their own work. Salary and package negotiable.
