Are you a meticulous and organised individual with previous experience as a Doc Controller or Site Admin? I am working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who is looking for someone to hit the ground running.
You will come on to the site office as a Document Controller/Site Admin to work on an onging project consisting of 8-10 commercial units.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Set up a Document Management System for the management of technical documentation
- Drive continuous improvement
- Follow out receptionist duties in the site office
- Develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external customers
- Maintain proper organisation and storage of documents and information
- Provide full admin support to the team
- Undertake any other ad hoc projects/duties assigned
Key Experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint) is a must
- Relevant experience in a similar role in Document Control or as Site Admin in a construction environment
- Possess good knowledge in management processes and standards
- Basic administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
