Admin Assistant (Finance and Reception duties)

Our Donegal based client has undergone steady growth in recent years given that they provide to an impressive customer base across Donegal, Ulster, Ireland and into the UK.
From their premises in North Donegal, they provide commercial and residential window and door solutions to clients far and wide.
Having doubled their workforce in the last few years, they continue to grow and as a result of that growth we have been tasked with assisting them recruit more team members.
General office/admin and reception duties;
Direct customer queries to relevant staff members;
Reading construction drawings;
Working on Payroll/
2 years+ experience in busy office;
Knowledge of payroll systems;
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Highly motivated with strong communication skills
