We are once again working with our client, a successful Real Estate, Investment and Development company with a pedigree spanning over 4 decades. They wish to receive applications from suitably experienced candidates for a key role within the organisation to allow them to move forward with their ongoing strategy for growth.
Job Profile:
Identify and pursue new opportunities for development/acquisition that will deliver a high-quality housing programme;
Identification of potential opportunities to commission new homes in popular and high demand areas to meet a range of needs;
Acquisition of land and property to facilitate future development or the acquisition of new properties;
Ability to liaise with agents and contacts to source and appraise new development opportunities in existing and new locations;
Provide analysis, research findings and property information to support internal and external reporting;
Liaising with in-house and external architects & consultants to establish the options within a development;
Carrying out development/investment appraisals on new and existing projects;
Provide support to the Directorate Management team in the effective coordination, implementation and management of development projects from inception to handover and closure, ensuring delivery to budget and to requirements, specifications and design criteria.
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
Essential:
ROI Social Housing Experience. /AHB (Approved Housing Body) experience.
Property development experience
Impeccable communication skills.
Willingness to travel - Ireland only (conditions permitting)
Ability to appraise property development opportunities.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint;
