As a result of this growth, they wish to appoint a commercially savvy Customer Success Manager.

In this role, you will get to…
Be the trusted company advisor and advocate for a portfolio of clients, predominantly B2B businesses from a variety of industries.
Give platform training and advise clients on how to best use our available tools to meet their business goals. Tools include automated prospecting, landing pages, forms, pop-ups, email marketing and automated journeys.
Advise clients on their marketing strategy, how to accelerate their marketing and sales funnel to find more prospects, generate more leads and nurture them until ready to convert to sale.
Upsell and delivery of Managed Marketing Services to clients to support clients with their marketing - including Content, Landing Page Campaigns, Automated Journeys and Prospecting.
Support clients with any questions - technical platform usage queries and marketing strategy questions.
Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources and creating content to support them where there is an unmet need - help guides, FAQs, screen share videos etc.
Be accountable for building and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure excellent client experience and minimise churn for the business.
Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans.

Strong technical capability, quick to learn all of our software platform, how each part connects to each other and the overall methodology with regards to the levers you can pull to improve results throughout the end-to-end sales and marketing funnel.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject and/or practical Marketing experience.
Marketing experience within B2B.
Solid understanding and practical experience applying marketing principles within a business that garnered positive results in terms of driving prospect, leads and sales.
Experience using CRM, Email/Landing Page Builders, Marketing Automation.
