Job Title: Customer Care Co-ordinator

Salary: £26000 - £32000 depending on experience

Job Description
One of the UK's most recognised new build housing contractors is looking for an energetic and well organised Customer Care Co-ordinator who ideally has previous experience in this role.
They want a person who can do the following
- Deal with new homeowners in a diligent and professional manner
- Write down and log their issues onto their system
- Have excellent phone manner and be able to deal with disatisfied customers in the correct manner
- Inform the sub-contractors / companies they use to fix these issues and log calls
- Follow up with the person to ensure the job was carried out to their satisfaction
- Report into Senior management
- Will need to work a minimum 3 days a week but they could with a person there 5 days a week
- Would look at a hybrid system of working whereby they work in Basingstoke 2 or 3 days a week and 2 days at home.
- Would need to attend training in their Basingstoke office
- Will look to take the person on permanently if they are really good
