Mix of office and site based
Headline of the Customer Care Co-Ordinator role
✔Work with the Customer Care team to support the customer’s home buying journey
✔Engage with the site management teams to carry onsite house demonstrations
✔Travel between sites and the head office in the support of rectifying customer defect issues
✔Liaise with contractors to undertake the fixing of reported customer repairs and defects

Your key duties in the Customer Care Co-Ordinator role
✔Arrange the inspection of remedial enquiries where necessary to agree valid warranty issues
✔Engage with customers in person, on the phone and online
✔Work with a supportive management team and other internal departments on a daily basis
Ensure that all issues raised by our customers are dealt with professionally and quickly
✔Carry out all activities on site in a safe a professional manner
✔Liaise with Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors to ensure all remedial works are completed efficiently, in accordance with the NHBC Warranties
✔Communicate with the Head of Customer Care to ensure all defects are dealt with
✔Utilise the IT system and associated reporting tools to manage the resolution of defects
✔Respond to all customer, contractor and Site correspondence in a timely manner
Key experiences you should have to for fill this Customer Care Co-Ordinator role
✔Solid work history in the customer care residential build sector or transferable customer care skills in the maintenance or other built environment sectors that have customer interaction
✔Be a great communicator
✔Confident in working in a demanding and fast paced customer service environment
✔Experience of managing a customer journey
