This client will consider candidates who are currently fulfilling the contracts manager role already or project managers looking to take the next step up in their career.
Your new employer:
Our client is an established multi-disciplined building contractor located close to High Wycombe. This client focuses on projects across sectors including: commercial, education, social housing, leisure, healthcare and retail. They continue to work with major clients such as: regional Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Independent Schools.
Your new role:
This Contracts Manager role will cover Berkshire and some parts of Oxfordshire & West London. You will have exceptional communication skills & have experience in managing relationships.
Contracts Manager Position Overview:
- Managing multiple projects across various sites
- Building & maintaining relationships with clients
- Ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget
- Carrying out risk assessments & making sure health and safety regulations are met
Requirements:
The right candidate would be ideally located within 1 hour drive of Berkshire & has experience in the residential, education & commercial sectors.
