Vacancy: Contracts Manager

Location: Berkshire

3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work with a well-recognised regional contractor, due to growth within key sectors they are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager. This client will consider candidates who are currently fulfilling the contracts manager role already or project managers looking to take the next step up in their career.

Your new employer:

Our client is an established multi-disciplined building contractor located close to High Wycombe. This client focuses on projects across sectors including: commercial, education, social housing, leisure, healthcare and retail. They continue to work with major clients such as: regional Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Independent Schools.

Your new role:

This Contracts Manager role will cover Berkshire and some parts of Oxfordshire & West London. You will have exceptional communication skills & have experience in managing relationships.

Contracts Manager Position Overview:

  • Managing multiple projects across various sites
  • Building & maintaining relationships with clients
  • Ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget
  • Carrying out risk assessments & making sure health and safety regulations are met


The right candidate would be ideally located within 1 hour drive of Berkshire & has experience in the residential, education & commercial sectors.
