Are you a well versed Construction Manager within the construction industry with extensive experience on Infrastructure and Civils projects?
Join a leading infrastructure developer on a HS2 to supervise and plan the Pre main works Foundations and Substructure construction.
Job Details:
- Responsible for supervising and planning the Pre main works Foundations & Substructure construction
- Ensure all works are planned and carried out safely and to the required standards
- Support and report all the elements related to constructability and supervision of the Pre main works, Foundations & Substructure works
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the RAMS
- Produce and maintain daily record of progress of all construction activities on site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor’s works and associated documents
- Plan and supervise the short term site works: requirements and requisitions, deliveries, installations, utilities
- Full responsibility for supervising the construction works on site, to ensure quality, timely and safe work practices
Job Requirements and MUST haves:
- Construction Site Manager NVQ Level 4 (or similar)
- Demonstrable extensive experience in a similar role on similar projects
- Have demonstrable good managerial, motivational, planning, team building and leadership skills
- SSSTS (or SMSTS)and CSCS
- First Aid
- Fire Marshal
