Vacancy: Construction Manager
Location: Belgium
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to work with a well-recognised worldwide construction company on a large-scale fit-out scheme located in Belgium.
Living in the UK:
- Flights will be booked and paid for by the team
- You will work on a rotation basis & will be able to come home on the weekends
- Accommodation & transport will be provided
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing designs, drawings & the project programme – contribute where necessary
- Maintaining relationships with clients & external professionals
- Suggesting trade contractors, systems & manufacturers for team appraisal
- Developing detailed programmes with the project planner
- Producing project reports
- Producing logistic plans & short term programmes
- Managing the temporary works processes
- Involved in a range of white wall, dry lining, doors, security projects etc.
Requirements:
- Fit out experience on a large scale project
- Knowledge of MEP work
- Experience of taking a project through to completion
- Good understanding of M&E systems
