Senior Site Engineer
3D Personnel’s client is an award winning construction and property developer which operates throughout the Ireland and Europe.
3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Engineer to be based in the South Dublin / Wicklow. You will be will be working on a residential site of 100 High end units.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 yrs experience be experienced in Design and Build Construction in the following packages:
- RC Frame
- Foundations
- Earthworks
- Drainage
- Concrete slabs
- All site development works
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking plans, drawings and supervision of setting out co - ordination;
- Calling off reinforcement and ordering rebar from schedules;
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies of health & safety policy on site;
- Preparing reports as required for senior site manager & project manager;
- Pro - active approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Measurement and procurement of all materials for external works
- Supervision of sub-contractors
- Liaising with structural engineer and architect on design
- All quality control from drainage testing to checking reinforcement within concrete frame to final finishes on external works.
