Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Benefits
Job Description
Our client delivers award-winning construction, development and regeneration projects to the very highest standards across the private and public sectors across the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Site Manager capable of managing the daily activities of the appointed Internal Trades subcontractors in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme. You'll be responsible for managing the costs associated with the works and any variations, leading weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works / action points, and ultimately responsible for effective subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and required compliance levels.
We're looking for candidates with Internal Trades Construction Site Management experience, a skilled trades background, excellent management & self organisation skills along with the ability to organise others.
