Job Description
Do you have experience in high rise residential and mixed use construction as Commercial Manager? Can demonstrate a proven track record of commercial leadership, with the ability to develop robust commercial forecasts?

The scheme consists of 900 residential units with a large supermarket, commercial space and landscaping, you’ll have day to day management responsibility for the Commercial team activities to the programmes and budgets agreed together with providing detailed support, guidance, prioritisation and monitoring of work.
Applicants from a main contractor or developer delivering large mixed tenure schemes who can demonstrate experience delivering budgeted profit margins, effective main & trade contractor procurement and management along with in depth understanding of the contract.
