What we are looking for?
Our Southampton office is looking for a tenacious individual who has a hunger to succeed. The main responsibility will be to sell 3D Personnel Recruitment Services and create opportunities to place candidates in the blue collar and white collar sectors.
This will involve identifying new opportunities, calling and meeting with clients to discuss how we are able to grow existing / build new relationships and generating new business for 3D at sites, contractors and businesses.
The ideal candidate will come from a sales and recruitment background, with previous experience in the construction / civil engineering sectors being an advantage.
This is a great opportunity for a proven Sales / Business Developer to join a progressive company, which has already gained strong relationships with main contractors and developers.
