The company operates across various sectors including: fit out, refurbishment, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, residential, educational and controlled environments.
3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to be based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be experienced in working with main contractors undertaking large projects and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar type Commercial Manager role.
Commercial Manager Position Overview:
- Maximise returns and minimise losses by recognising and exploiting commercial opportunities.
- Authorisation of subcontract orders and payments
- Maintain existing relationships with clients and build new relationships to promote a positive image of the company.
- Dispute and resolve any possible financial risks to the company
- Collate and evaluate forecasts and incorporate this information into a monthly report.
Commercial Manager Position Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar type role within a similar company
- Professional qualification
- A minimum of 5 years previous management experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Good building regulation knowledge
