The 3D Personnel Multi-Sector team are extremely pleased to be working alongside an Education and Training provider in Co Donegal who provide a broad range of education and training services to thousands of students annually. We currently have a number of positions available to join our temporary workforce and support their administration team.

Post 1: Clerical Officer - Contract Management Administrator (5 months’ duration)
Place of Work: Letterkenny
Hrs of Work: 37 hrs/week.
The candidate will be expected to have some working knowledge/experience of:
• Contract Management processing
• Contractual Terms and Conditions/Employment Law.
• Abstracting and analysing data from files/IT systems
• Project work delivered ahead or on schedule.

Post 2: Clerical Officer - HR Operations Administrator (from a current date up to 31st December 2021)
Place of Work: Letterkenny
Hrs of Work: 37 hrs/week.
The candidates for Post 2 will be expected to have some working knowledge/experience of:
• Operating a range of databases
• Cross referencing data across a range of files/sources/databases
• Processing Statutory and other HR leave applications
• Inputting a range of data onto HR/IT systems

Essential:
Have obtained at least Grade D3 in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate Examination (higher, ordinary, applied or vocational programmes) or equivalent.
or
Have passed an examination at the appropriate level within the QQI Qualifications Framework which can be assessed as being of a comparable to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent i.e. a full award at Level 5, or higher
or
Have appropriate relevant experience which encompasses equivalent skills and expertise.

Highly Desirable:
Relevant recognised qualification(s) pertaining to the role.
Ability to converse and to produce written documents through the medium of Irish.
Knowledge of GDPR Compliance
Working knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc) Word Processing, Advanced Excel, Mail Merge and Database Management
Working to tight schedules and meeting targets ahead of schedule.
Verifies data on an ongoing basis against Reports/HR Files/HR Systems.
Effective Project Planning.
Implementing ICT efficiencies to improve work flow processes
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Seeks advice in a timely manner and acts on that advice.
