37 hour post Mon to Friday

The 3D Personnel Multi-Sector team are extremely pleased to be working alongside an Education and Training provider in Co Donegal who provide a broad range of education and training services to thousands of students annually. We currently have an additional position available to join our temporary workforce with this client and support their finance team.

The candidate for this post will be proving support in a finance department and will be expected to have some working knowledge/experience of:

Payroll, Finance Functions.
Working to tight deadlines/timeframes in an extremely busy environment.
Analytical and Accuracy Skills.
Liaising with staff members both Internal and External to the Organisation.

Person Specification
Suitable applicants will have appropriate relevant experience which encompasses equivalent skills and expertise.

You should have obtained at least Grade D3 in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate Examination (higher, ordinary, applied or vocational programmes) or equivalent.
OR
Have passed an examination at the appropriate level within the QQI Qualifications Framework which can be assessed as being of a comparable to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent i.e. a full award at Level 5, or higher

Highly Desirable:
Relevant recognised qualification(s) pertaining to the role.
Ability to converse and to produce written documents through the medium of Irish.
Knowledge of GDPR Compliance.
Working knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc) Word Processing, Advanced Excel, Mail Merge and Database Management.
Working to tight schedules and meeting targets ahead of schedule.
Verifies data on an ongoing basis against Internal/External Reports/Documentation.
Effective Project Planning.
Implementing ICT efficiencies to improve work flow processes
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Seeks advice in a timely manner and acts on that advice.
